Our stay was great!
We traveled from VA for a Boardwalk Classic Basketball Tournament! Evelyn and Ernie
Were exceptional hostess and provided excellent customer service. They assisted us with dining ideas, fun things to do or photifor our teenage daughters to kill time in between games, since a lot of places are closed during winter, there advice was timesaver. We also needed to extend our stay due to a last min change in schedule. We were accommodated with no hassle.
We have never visited Wild wood NJ before and look forward to coming back again

Staff was awesome! Rooms were clean. Loved our stay! Can't wait to book again!
It is an older motel with a phenomenal location. Dont let the older look of this place deter you. It is clean and dog friendly and most importantly has the friendliest, most accommodating staff that I have ever experienced in all of my years of travel.
The staff of a.hotel/motel will make or break your stay experience this staff is 4 star!!! Thank you so much Evelyn, Ernie, Kimberly!!!
First I want to say that I read every review before I planned my stay .
I'm slightly disabled and I traveled alone, to start , with my dog.
I have spent a lot of time in Wildwood, especially in North Wildwood... Nearly half of my life and I have both lived , and worked and vacationed here and I was never quite able to stay" RIGHT ON THE BOARDWALK"! So I'm very excited about that...
The Staff of the Boardwalk "Howard Johnson's" are pretty busy, & I can't get over how helpful everyone on staff was ... from check in to check out, I was not once disappointed.
If you know Wildwood... you appreciate your bed, the beach and the boardwalk! Anything else is surly a plus.... If you are going for the Free breakfast... You obviously don't understand Wildwood! The quaint breakfast spread, is a convenient cup of coffee and juice some cereal, muffins and even a waffle maker... Again ..a little gesture of most Howard Johnson's hotels if I remember correctly... Not a big deal! Not the reason to stay here! Housekeeping, maintenance and management All work together to make this place run .. I still can't believe I pulled this off... I walked to the beach..each day , Went and ate on the boards and walked my little dog everywhere! That's huge..
I will definitely go back and I am reluctant to even post how much I enjoyed the time I spent... because I don't want it to get to far out of reach ????
I just want you to know that I have stayed in almost every hotel room in Wildwood.. This is the one place I will come back to again and again.. I'm planning a long weekend back right now! Enjoy! I hope this is helpful !
Disclaimer - I work for Wyndham Hotels. Location is the best: right on the boardwalk. Depending on which room you are staying, you can see the boardwalk from your window. Customer service varies depending on the hotel associate but I can say that Ernie was by far my favorite with his outstanding service and friendliness. We spent most of our time outside of the room so I can say the beds were comfy and the AC worked well when we needed it. I had a great time and would stay here again.
