  Great customer service and responsiveness from Camilla Czuka. She made the process of buying and trading a car seamless and pleasant. She adjusts her schedules to that of her customers, and is keen on ensuring customers are satisfied. She took extra care to ensure the car's features work the way we want, our unique needs are addressed, and we're happy. We look forward to returning to Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell.

  Very loyal customer 15 + years and remained with them through their transition, to be happily thrilled that the level of customer service has increased tenfold. Everyone there, not just sales personal- even the Service Staff, is friendly, embrace you being there and exude a positive demeanor. The young woman at reception is terrific and goes that extra mile in assisting you.

  The service people were efficient and extremely helpful. My wait time was minimal and my car issue was resolved within an hour including a car wash. I was very pleased that I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment on Saturday. I will continue to use Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell for all my future needs.

  My husband Bob and I stopped into your dealership in August to see some of your vehicles and Anthony Amelio was assigned as our Sales Consultant. My husband took a test drive of a 2016 vehicle, however we were not prepared to lease or purchase a vehicle yet. We were still looking around at other vehicles. Of course there was no comparison to a Mercedes. Anthony was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. Some Sales Consultants can be overwhelming, but Anthony wasn't. He was amazing and that is why we returned in October and specifically asked for him. In fact, Anthony was busy with another client when we arrived (we didn't make a prior appointment), but we waited until he was available. Anthony provided us with all the details of leasing or purchasing one of your vehicles and we leased your beautiful 2019 E300 in Lunar Blue. It was a difficult decision choosing between the 2018 grey or blue, but I know we would have been pleased with either one. We absolutely love it! Anthony, thank you for a wonderful experience!

  We were just looking & Sean McCormack came over & asked us if we needed any help.. we said we were just looking. Sean was not overbearing just very friendly & answered all our questions. With that we found a car we were interested in.. took it for a “fun” ride & were sold! Accommodating staff.. from financial to the computer smart young man.
  Recommend this dealer! ☺️
