  If you are looking for help with sorting out the Medicare maze, Nancy Schwartz is the best. She is highly knowledgeable about all the options and steps necessary to make informed decisions about which plan will meet your needs. Nancy is responsive and patient -- going through each step of the application process and both willing and able to answer all questions (no matter how many times you have asked them).   Nancy Schwartz is a phenomenal find! She knows her stuff, provides detailed guidance through a complex process, is prompt in returning calls and emails, and is kind in responding to "silly" questions. I have not had such a good client experience in a very long time and appreciate it enormously.   I highly recommend Nancy for her professionalism and patience in guiding me through the process of selecting Medicare plan options for myself.   Applying for Medicare Supplemental Insurance and Part D for Rx can be complicated. Nancy Schwartz, with Smart Senior Healthcare, understands the process and is very helpful in walking clients through what they need to be doing. Plus, she contacts clients if there is an action needed to be taken to complete the process. I felt well taken care of by Nancy, and it was good to know that I wasn't going through this experience alone. I highly recommend having Nancy help you navigate signing up for Medicare. She's very smart, highly informed and puts great effort into keeping clients on the right path in signing up for Medicare.

  My experience of working with Nancy Schwartz has been a good one. During the second busiest time of the year for making enrollment changes, she very capably guided me through the process of evaluating and suggesting the best course of action for my father, who was unhappy with his current insurer. She found a good alternative, then prepared and submitted the application quickly. She has been willing to answer questions and help us understand the intricacies of premiums, deductibles, and drug tiers. She is very professional and will work diligently to help you find the best coverage.
