  Every teacher is top tier, and works the entire session with you.Do not be afraid that you will not be able to do the exercises. At Studio 509, you will get all the help you need.
  Just go and enjoy.

  It is difficult to explain how important this studio and these women are to my weekly fitness of body and mind. All of the teachers are warm, professional, knowledgeable and most of all fun. Depending on your interests you can take a dance class and learn a piece of choreography, you can take a challenging fitness class with great music and energy or you can do a fun circuit training class and go at your own pace. Additionally, you can train on Gyrotonic equipment with highly trained professionals. This is a great way to stay fit/strong as you age.
  
  I cannot imagine anyone looking for a fun effective fitness routine not loving this studio and the women who have created its atmosphere. I have been coming to this studio for many years and still feel so lucky to have this gem right in my own backyard.

  I love this dance/exercise studio. The instructors are talented and kind, and the classes are great exercise for the body and brain. Ballet and dance fusion are my personal favorites with a good warm up, strength and flexibility work, patterns and choreography, and great music.

  The dance classes are so much fun. The instructors are wonderful and its a great place for beginner and advanced dancers/fitness buffs. The studio has a really positive vibe which I love.

  I have only taken a couple of classes here and both were great. But of much greater importance to me was that both of these classes were through endeavors Studio 509 takes to support our community. One class was in conjunction with the SOFIT competition, helping people to get and stay healthy. The second class was donated by the studio to support our youth ultimate Frisbee program. I love that Studio 509 offers excellent classes and supports our community - we are lucky to have them in our town.
