I've been living here for 3 years and John is always so helpful and responsive when I hit any issue with my apartment. Really appreciate!
I have been living here for 6 years in a studio apartment by myself and it has sadly come time to move out. Throughout my years here, John and Luis have been SO helpful, friendly, prompt and professional when experiencing a maintenance issue or accidentally locking myself out of my apartment. Having them on-site really gave me peace of mind while living here, as I knew that whatever I needed would aways be taken care of and the experience would always be pleasant. Even seeing them around the complex they would smile, wave and say hello. Thanks guys, I’ll miss you!! Keep up the good work!
Hello everyone, im writing this review to acknowledge two fine gentleman that work in the maintenance department here a Short Hills Gardens. I moved here 6 years ago with my family, that is when i met John and Luis, since we moved here they have been there to address any maintenance issue in my apartment whether early or late even on the weekends they have resolved the problems. They are polite and very a respectful it is easy to engage into a conversation with them, like a friend would. If i had to rate their performance i would give them a 10,being10 the highest. Great job guys! keep up the great work.
Since Brett has taken over, there is a clear difference in how the property is managed. The change is extremely positive in a variety of ways. First, the responsiveness is exceptional regarding daily concerns. Second, there is a an attentiveness to managing the property that makes living here more comfortable. Third, Brett's professionalism in addressing the needs of tenants is outstanding. Anytime I have a question he approaches it with clear purpose. His attitude is one of openness. I enjoy living here.
