Racefaster

Went to the store in Short Hills and had a great experience. Jane was very knowledgeable and and answered every question I asked. She was very helpful and suggested some things I had not thought of. Great shoe and clothing options. I highly recommend this store and will be visiting again soon!

So having shopped at the Racefaster store in Ridgewood, this was my first experience with placing an online order. Seeing how they were beginning to offer curbside pickups, I placed an order on a Sunday morning, hoping that I would have that option as part of the checkout process which I did not. Disappointed, I went ahead with my order. Little did I know my order would be arriving later that day on my doorsteps! On a Sunday too! I was happy with waiting for the normal delivery time we generally receive, I would have been happy stopping by the store for curbside had that been a checkout option BUT they nailed it with the unexpected same day delivery. The woman who dropped it off was extremely pleasant. Thank you Racefaster

Lindsay was 100% efficient and made my shopping over the phone a pleasure. Even though the store is closed due to the pandemic, I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers and they personally delivered them to my house on the same day ! Unexpected but highly appreciated. Thank you so much !

This store has great service! I was unsure which sneaker would work for me and when I called I was immediately helped. They helped me figure out which sneaker would work for me along with what size would be best for me. And to top it off, the sneakers were delivered, to my front door, that very same day.

Racefaster is doing a fantastic job keeping customers happy during the COVID pandemic when none of us can visit their stores. Received and email ad on Sunday morning, placed an order on Sunday afternoon and had a Racefaster bag, containing the exact shoes I ordered, on Tuesday morning. Outperforming even Amazon right now! Thanks guys! Great product and great service under very difficult conditions.
