The manager was great she resolved the issue I had with another store, she’s the best!! Short hills nj AT&T store got my 5 stars!!

I don’t often post reviews, but this Corporate store has the most knowledgeable and helpful staff in the region. I needed to do an in store phone trade-in transaction (vs online mail in) and this was the only store that was not only able process this for me, but knew every step and every aspect of the current trade in program. Every question and concerns I had, they immediately answer with ease. I did all this over this phone and in store - both Omar and Emily were terrific. Amazing customer service and amazing Attitude!!!

At the store, I was immediately greeted upon arrival. Waited a short while after other customers were taken care of. I was able to get in and out in less than 10 mins. Had a receipt of the transaction and I was on my way home.

I will handle all my in store need at this location hand down going forward!! Don’t even bother with any other location, don’t bother calling any other store. Save yourself the headache and your precious time . SHORT HILLS MALL AT&T for all your needs!!!
