  Had the pleasure of working with John Fallivene (Jr) selling two homes in Caldwell as part of an estate. Hiring John was one of the best decisions I made. The sales were complicated, but John was always available to talk through concerns and come up with a path forward. His knowledge of the local market was invaluable, his service was outstanding, and his commission structure fair and reasonable. Living 250 miles away, I sometimes needed help with maintenance or repairs while the houses were in the market, John was always willing to step in to recommend contractors, meet them at the house and ensure things were done properly. I recommend him without reservation.

  We sold our home in February with Glenn and bought a new home in June with John. Both were amazing and made the process smooth and easy.   I was looking for a very specific house with a lot of requirements but not a huge budget and also as a first time home buyer. John helped me out and answered probably a few hundred calls, texts and emails and was extremely pleasant through every step of the process. He was super knowledgeable and also recommended a ton of great inspectors and professionals to close my house deal. I was very happy with the real estate services I used through Fallivene Agency and felt very reassured during my home purchase. I would highly recommend using this great family company and would use them again when I win the lottery and buy a beach house in the future!!!
