I brought in a little cuckoo clock that had stopped working. Rocky was able to diagnose the problem immediately and the clock works perfectly now. Rocky was very knowledgeable and friendly and even took the time to show my young son all the clocks in the shop and answer his questions. I could tell that he takes pride in his work and enjoys what he does. He was also very accommodating to my schedule and met me at the shop at a time that was convenient to me.
I would definitely do business here again!
Wonderful customer service, owner came out in a rainstorm to meet me at the shop when it was otherwise closed. Top notch repair, extremely aggressive pricing and beautiful grandfather clocks for sale in the shop. I brought in a 100 year-old clock I found in an antique shop in Sweden this summer. It is now fully restored and working perfectly. Highly recommend this business.
