  Bob is that guy... he informed me in EVERYTHING so I can make the best decision on our current situation. His prices are completely incomparable. And he seemed to react to the people in his office. We are not a big religious family, now he had bibles everywhere, but not once did he try to push or add religion. He really made me feel like we were the only people in the room and the person that passed in our family was ALWAYS center stage and what’s best for them... hopefully it won’t be soon but fertig is where my business is going. THANK YOU BOB!

  Excellent experience. This is one of those things that everyone is going to have to deal with but nobody wants to. Every time I called either Bob answered or he called right back. Every question was answered and everything Bob said he was going to do he did in a timely manner. I would recommend Bob and his staff to everyone. From the first moment they came to the house to take mom to them handing over the ashes everything was handled in a very professional manner. The world needs more folks like Bob and his staff. Thanks Bob. Sorry we met under such circumstances but I sure am glad we did.

  It will be almost 4 years since my mom passed. I live in Philly, and called just about EVERY funeral home here, although they are in nj, i gave it a shot! They were the most kind, considerate and helpful people, i had encountered all that week. They explained how everything would be handled step by step. I am so appreciative to them! Thank you so much!

  Bob did an excellent job with both my mother and father. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very caring and attends to every detail. You can trust him with your loved ones. They would be in good hands

  We used Bob's services for the cremation of our beloved Father. Bob was highly sympathetic and very sincere in all of his efforts to see that his remains were properly respected and taken to its final form. Upon collection of his ashes, I had to opportunity to sit down with Bob - he is truly a kind, caring, and gentle man, and I cannot speak enough kind words of his services. I would not hesitate to recommend his funeral home to anyone in needs of a cremation service whereby a loved one will be treated with respect by a truly caring man. Thank-you, Bob.
