Holiday Inn Express & Suites Williamstown - Glassboro, an IHG Hotel

They were absolutely amazing. Staff is friendly and always asked me if they could do anything for me. Will definitely stay there again if I'm ever up there again.

There was a mix up with my dates when I booked with a third party app. Where actually the booking passed without me realizing it until the got an email thanking me for my stay and I was already charged for a room I didn’t even use. The app customer service was not helpful at all and refused to refund me. So I called and spoke with the manager Tom, who was the most accommodating and hospitable person I’ve met in a while. The hotel itself was clean and there was free breakfast which was great and convenient. Definitely coming back when I’m in the area.

First impressions are everything, and the welcome I received at the door was already a positive impact on my stay. The manager is very nice, and accommodating. He quickly was able to establish me with a room, after another hotel had failed to make good on my business arrangements.

Cleanliness:
This hotel was immaculate with the amount of detail they put into refreshing the rooms each and every day. The room service was polite, and not at all intrusive. No stains or bad odors. Clean linens, and carpets alike. I was in disbelief that I was only in a 3 star hotel.

Hands down, if you ever find yourself on a business trip, or are in need of a pleasant "home away from home", this is the place to stay
