(June 6, 2018, 8:36 pm)k3 fittness has THE BEST personal trainer in at least a 50 mile radius. I’ve been training with Kevin since 2004. He’s made me the best I can be and has seen me at my worst. He will never discourage you, yell at you or talk down to you. Kevin is always uplifting and professional, always challenging and most importantly he gets you the results you want!! I’ve tried other trainers at the big box gyms in the area but no one comes close to Kevin and his training style & method. If u want to be your best, then call the best!! No one can compare!!! (May 7, 2018, 4:39 pm)I would highly recommend K3 Fitness in Williamstown, NJ. Our instructor, Kevin, teaches each class as if it were a personal class. It a boot camp class which incorporates the use of large and small "steps", dumbbells, and kettlebells. It is ever changing, but easy to catch on to. We have basic steps we do, but he is always challenging us with different motions as well. There are all levels of skill among the class members. As one of the weakest links, I never feel intimidated. I go at my own speed, and each time I can see improvement. Finally, you can't beat the friendships that develop. We all encourage each other to keep moving forward. Come out and try it. I think you will like it!
