  Overall great experience! Had to do the online visit and the NP we saw was very thorough. What was very special to me was how she personally called me when both of his test results came in and called to make sure he was okay. I felt like for an urgent care he wasn’t just another patient, she genuinely cared! The staff was also very helpful and kind when it came to setting up the appt.

  I took my son here on 1/6/21 for minor stuff. The staff there that day were truly amazing! Since Covid I know things have been rough in the medical field! But the two ladies there were great and were great with my son. Much appreciated and I will be returning to this location if ever needed.

  I took my three month old baby here when our pediatricians office was closed. The office was super clean, the nurse was so nice and took great care with my daughter, and the nurse practitioner (Amanda) was amazing!! She answered all of my questions and had great "bedside manner". Would definitely take my kids there again!

  We love kids express! I brought my child here when our Springboro clinic was busy. We always get great service at the one in springboro and Mason was no different. I encourage families to try this clinic as an alternative to urgent care, little clinic, or if they can’t get in to the pediatrician. There is an advantage in bringing them here rather than a urgent care or minute clinic because the clinicians see pediatric patients regularly and are experienced in dealing with pediatric illnesses!
