(July 9, 2018, 9:40 am)I have been an employee at Juniper Village Williamstown for 1 year now and I would like to share my experience of the assisted living and memory care community. I have worked previously in another assisted living community for 6 years and in long term care for 23 years. I am very impressed with the compassion and commitment that the staff show to the residents on a daily basis. The administration is hands on with all aspects of care and quality of life for each resident. The nursing staff offers top notch care and keeps aware of each resident' needs. From the moment of entering Juniper Village Williamstown there is a welcoming home like atmosphere which can be felt throughout the entire community. The residents are kept active while enjoying a variety of activities that help to meet their social, physical, spiritual, emotional and intellectual needs. Juniper Village Williamstown provides weekly outings to community events as well as plays, restaurants, shopping and casino trips. The chefs at Juniper Village Williamstown provide the residents with a variety of delicious and healthy meals which are greatly enjoyed. I highly recommend this community and have done so successfully on a number of occasions.

(June 29, 2018, 2:41 pm)I have had wonderful experiences with Juniper Village at Williamstown. The staff on all levels are attentive and friendly. Families are kept in the loop on their loved ones’ care. The memory support unit, Wellspring, does a great job in supporting those living with dementia.

The two building campus was purpose built for this type of care and the programming is specific to resident needs with all staff trained in dementia care giving techniques. The community has received numerous awards and comes highly recommended. I'm happy to be part of the family!
