  This lady is a badass nutritionist, business woman, and educator, and her attention to detail, integrity, and grace shine through in every aspect of her business. Beryl conducted a private cooking class I was able to attend last-minute with a couple friends, and she guided us through a delectable meal from start to finish. Not only was everything very delicious, healthy, and quick to prepare, it was also inventive and fresh. I really liked that Beryl was not afraid to try new recipes and keep learning alongside us, even while dispensing her wonderful knowledge of nutrition and food. She is friendly and professional, and her passion for and dedication to her business really shines through in every detail. She sent us home with detailed recipe books of what we cooked that evening, complete with nutritional information, which was a really nice touch. Even having studied & experimented with holistic health and nutrition extensively myself, I still got a lot of benefits from the experience. Highly recommended. Thanks Beryl!

  Beryl did not help me lose weight. Beryl helped me become a better me. A happy consequence of that was losing 15 lbs. I also learned how to better take care of myself with the food and drink that I put in my body. It’s truly amazing how ignorant most of us are about what we allow in our bodies. Health is a science, and we should all learn to be scientists when it comes to our health.
  
  Knowledge is power and Beryl is empowering! She is so caring and so willing to do what needs to be done to help you be better.

  My partner and I had a cooking class with B Komplete. During the three hour class, Beryl taught us to cook a very healthy and delicious meal. All ingredients are provided and Beryl patiently showed us how to make every dish, and we could also jump in to help making the dishes. Beryl is a fantastic coach. She not only taught us cooking, but also explained the nutritional aspects of the dishes. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole cooking experience wonderful. After cooking, we got to enjoy the dishes that we made together. We absolutely loved every dish and our favorites are the Edamame Guacamole and the Quinoa Risotto. The portion size is big and we got to bring home a lot of left over for a couple more days of healthy eating. I would highly recommend a cooking class with Beryl!

  I recently participated in a cooking class given by Beryl Krinsky of B Komplete. Beryl wowed us with her incredibly tasty dishes, her devotion to healthy food and her extensive knowledge and ease in the kitchen. Beryl was a pleasure to learn from and I highly recommend her cooking classes to anyone that wants to learn how to make mouth-watering meals that are actually just as healthy as they are delicious. Just make sure to bring your appetite!
