  All of the staff at this Verzion location are knowledgeable and helpful. The follow through is amazing. I have not had the same experience in other Verizon stores. I believe the manger Eric has done a fine job training his employees. My issues were resoloved with politeness and quick turnaround time. The employees in this store location and his other two stores should be recognized for there tirless effort and quality customer service.

  After multiple bad experiences with my nearby verizon store, I rolled the dice once more and gave another store a chance. Well, allow me to tell you my experience with Mary restored my faith. Not only did she take the time to explain everything in detail she didn't try to jam an upgrade down my throat and turn their back. Thank you Mary!!!!

  Alyssa was such a huge help. Helped me solve a billing issue and put me in contact with a customer service representative that could discontinue a line I didn’t need. I was able to upgrade my phone without a hard sales pitch. She was pleasant and I enjoyed talking with her while I was getting the upgraded phone.

  She such a pleasant attitude that compliments her technical ability. She was also very informative and patient . Don't lose her.
