  I had to write to Mr. Stinson the Administrator to share my comments of how the staff has been not only with mom, but how well we were treated by the staff and how accommodating they've all been. Here is my email:
  
  Hi Tony,
  Since my mother arrived at your facility the other day I’ve had some great experiences with some of your staff.
  First off was Tameka Powell receptionist. WOW. What a phenomenal personality and so warm and welcoming. I was quite upset and nervous with my mother in a long term care facility, but after meeting Tameka and chatting for a few minutes, I felt at ease.
  
  On to my moms room, I met Melissa A. a LPN Supervisor and Brittany, Nurse Supervisor. Again what two great phenomenal personalities and they were so warm and welcoming also. Just put my fears and woes aside and knew my mom was in great care!
  
  Then, again another great experience with Brooke and Ed the two nurses that took care of my mom. Just amazing the caring and love they showed!
  
  I also wanted to commend Cheryl P. and Jennifer S. and wanted to commend on more great experiences with Lynette, Director of PT and Rowena as my wife and I went down to see the PT area and they were in there and showed us around and took the time to explain things and were really so very nice, sincere, and compassionate saying we'll take good care of your mom.
  
  With that being said I would love if you could personally recognize the above mentioned staff that they really make a difference. And pass on to the other staff that we appreciate their service even though we may not have met yet, but sure we will, so when I ask staff for their name, it could be going on an email to you for exceptional service :-)

  Grand mom needed more care than we could accommodate for at home, she agreed that long term care was needed after a few admissions for rehabilitation. The staff treats her like she is their own Grandma! She enjoys activities, her room is well kept and cleaned thoroughly, and nursing provides care above and beyond! She enjoys her weekly trips to the hair salon as well.

  My father has been in and out of the hospital for 2 1/2 years needing rehabilitation each time. As a family we wanted the best care for pop. It was welcoming to see familiar faces from his last stay and to be greeted each visit with positive attitudes from each team member no matter what their job or what was happening around them. We always had several questions about his progress and they never made us feel that we were "bothering" anyone. It's not easy leaving someone else to care for your loved one but we knew pop was cared for by a great team! Thank you again!

  I came to ManorCare Washington Township after a long stay in the hospital, this place saved my life, and they brought me back when I wanted to give up. All of the staff here is wonderful, my doctor, my therapists Amy and Erin, and my nurses Cheryl and Ed. My biggest accomplishment is that I can walk again! I can also get myself together for the day which makes me very happy. Before I came to ManorCare I moved in with my daughter, so now I am looking forward to helping her out around the house, like doing dishes. I’m excited to return home, to be able to get back to reading, watching tv and having my 3 grandkids keeping me active! I would recommend ManorCare Washington Township to anyone, because of the great care I received here!

  I want to share my experience as a resident at ManorCare Washington Township. We can easily contact the administrator and staff and they respond in a speedy manner. The camaraderie among the aides is great, they help each other and communicate to help meet resident needs. They work hard! The kitchen accommodates special needs and dieting for each resident. They are fast in their service. The housekeeping staff keeps my room and bathroom clean. Staff shows great patience with the residents. The activities are well monitored and a great variety of activities are offered throughout the day. After three years here, I am very satisfied with my care and so are my family.
