  A gym where the only competition is with yourself. Trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. With the addition of Jefferson, seminars are a plus. Other people working out are helpful and friendly. Met some really nice folks here. New gear is always coming in.

  Love it here. Really good classes and a number of great instructors. It's also a good layout with nicely sectioned-off areas for people who prefer more privacy rather than one big open room. The ladies' locker room was just redone and is very nice and very clean with a great sauna. I feel like they are responsive to their members requests/wishes on classes, etc. My husband, my girls and I have all had good experiences here. I definitely recommend this place!

  Great place to work out. They have all the best equipment and many amenities . It is easy to get a full workout done within your time frame. You have 30 minutes it can be done. I like a 1 and 45 minute workout doing many different exercises. Locker room is new and showers are new. The sauna is the best after a long workout.

  I joined Future Fitness for a lot of the amenities that it offered. Unlike some other gyms, members can receive one hour per month to meet with a personal trainer to develop and modify a workout plan. You are also eligible to meet with the nurse to take all your vitals and measurements and track any progress you are making in your workout plan. All of their fitness classes and pool facilities are at no additional cost to members, and there is plenty of workout equipment available. All of these amenities are included in the monthly membership which works out to about a $1 per day. What's even better, is that my insurance company is linked with Future Fitness, so I receive a credit each month if I go a certain amount of times which brings the total cost down to 50 cents a day, or about $1 each time I go. What's better than getting paid to workout??
  
  I also like the flexibility of using all of the six (6) clubs in the Future Fitness family. As jobs and residences have changed for me since I originally joined about 5 years ago, I can still keep my membership and go to the club that is closest to me. I have never had to wait for equipment, nor have I felt that it was ever overcrowded at any particular club. Staff are always friendly, and they are constantly cleaning the facilities and updating/maintaining the equipment as much as possible. I have definitely been satisfied with my membership, and would recommend it any looking for a great facility at a great price.
