Second set of visits to Novacare at this location. Both Sharon and Judy have that rare combination of professionalism/training (they know what you should be doing, and here it is) and personality (we're not your mom, but you better do this or else!). The result is that you WILL make progress on your condition, and you will enjoy them both while doing so.
This place has helped me tremendously with shoulder issues. The therapists are friendly, personable, and a pleasure to work with. What happens here usually hurts while you're doing it but I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I'd recommend this location with this group if therapists to anyone.
My mother has dementia, and the girls are great with her. She needs a lot of motivation. They are able to get her to do it.
My physical therapy experience at NovaCare Rehabilitation in West Deptford over the past 8 weeks has been very positive. Post total shoulder replacement I was eager to start regaining mobility but also a bit hesitant not knowing what to expect. Five stars are awarded to the Therapists, Therapy Assistant, PT Students doing there residency there and the front reception staff. The center is welcoming, personable yet professional. During my twice a week visits they have been attentive to monitoring my progress through each phase of the exercise and making sure I have a plan to do at home. With two weeks to go, I have amazing mobility back, no pain, and gaining strength in my left arm. Thank you NovaCare for a great experience.
