  They saved our Christmas dinner by sourcing the parts we needed for our oven when it failed three days before Christmas. The gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and helpful.

  Smoke began pouring out of my console on my old stove (while it was off). I shut off the electric at the fuse box and called Burkett. Over the phone they talked me through removing 4 screws and disconnecting the digital clock where the short was. I could now use my oven safely... no charge. THAT is customer service.

  Burkett has been fantastic for me! They installed my dishwasher, my 2 air conditioners, and I'm about to order a washer/dryer stack. Bob came out on a day they are technically closed to take measurements. He advised me to repair my old stack and keep it around, rather than go through the expense of a purchase...He will work up options and costs. I mean, how great is that??!! You just don't get that kind of service and care at the bigbox stores. Well done, Burkett!!!
