  Called them yesterday. After a very nice and helpful conversation with Chris an appointment was scheduled and they were here this morning! Walter was a so sweet and friendly and took the time to explain the repair and equipment to me. I will definitely be recommending them to my neighbors and will be using them from now on.

  Tom Stover came out on short notice to our house for a low water volume issue. He was extremely knowledgeable, he checked out our entire well system and found no problems. He suggested clogged pipes in the house. I was so frustrated with my water issue when I called him he could have sold me anything and I would have bought it, but he was extremely knowledgeable and honest and suggested we check the pipes. the following week I cut open the pipes with a plumber friend and Tom was exactly right the pipes were completely clogged. I will recommend and use Stover's for anything I need in the future. The best part, he only charged me $90!! for the service call. Considering his time and expertise that is a real bargain. Thanks to everyone at Stover's!

  Friends in Hopewell Twp. had an issue with their 4 year old jet pump running continuously. The well head was buried, so they asked me to handle the repair. I contacted 3 well outfits and ended up selecting Stover's. I was very pleased with Tom and Cindy's professionalism. Their price was the most competitive for all the wok done. His crew was excellent ( and this is from a very particular guy ) and went out of their way to explain all the little nuances of new techniques. My friends and I am very pleased Tom had me abandon the jet system, bring the well head up to grade (as per NJ law), and into the 21st century for no more than the estimated cost of the same work for a jet repair.

  My well pump died, no water throughout my house. Called up Stover's and Michelle was very calm, professional, and reassuring on the phone and scheduled her field technicians to come on the same day. Walter and Jim came out and did top notch work and replaced my well pump and answered all my questions (as I am not a well pump expert by any means) with patience, competence, and professionalism. They checked everything before they left to make sure that my water was up and running and that there were no leaks. I give them 5 stars for their kind, prompt, and professional service. Keep up the good work Stover's.
