Very good in all areas. "Front office" is pleasant and helpful, and Dr. Glassband is thorough and really "includes you" in the exam, explaining everything, giving you info to make a good decision. I drive for 20 minutes, passing other places, just to go here.
My experience at this Pearle Vision has always been great! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, a real pleasure to work with. Dr. Glassband is professional, direct, and makes everything clear (get it?). I highly recommend!
I recently ripped a contact and needed to get a replacement and order additional sets. I didn't have an appointment, but when I got there Dr. Glassband took the time to look at my eye to see if any fragments from the lens was still in my eye. Thankfully, there wasn't.
