My trainer Vince Wood is a trainer at DEMARCO TRAINING located on 100 Youngs rd., suite 9 Hamilton, NJ,08619 besides the fact that Vince is the best trainer ever I love this gym its clean it has real equipment not like the fluffy purple place and other gyms I went to it seems more of a show then working out the gym has great equipment for hardcore training or if you want to take it easy to but I absolutely recommend this place and the owner Joe DeMarco is not only a trainer himself he has a great crew of trainers at this facility.

Joe’s sports performance knowledge is top shelf!! The equipment is top notch and the facility is always clean. Joe has a great relationship with all his athletes and gets you to where you need to be.

Joe’s knowledge and dedication to his athletes is second to none. He pushed my son both physically and mentally to where he needed to be in order to compete at the collegiate level. Demarco training got my son prepared for college football in 6 months after surgery was required for a shoulder injury sustained in sports.

The diversity of training also shined through when Joe was able to take on my daughters travel softball team and increase the strength and conditioning for female athletes as well. My daughter went from 0 HR’s to 5 in one offseason.

The cost associated with this training cannot be beat. You would be hard pressed to find ANYONE that gives you the amount of time and effort for what you pay. If you are not already sending your athlete here, what are you waiting for?

Excellent! Joe has given me the opportunity to learn and better understand my physical weaknesses and provide a clear path forward. Initially reached out to address on-going back issues. Tried traditional physical therapy, but it didn’t seem to help correct the underlying issues. Joe has pinpointed the areas we needed to address and we have been putting together the puzzle ever since. I feel great and look forward to our sessions which Joe keeps interesting and challenging.
