Unfortunately 40 minutes after leaving my car I came back and they had forgotten to take my car into the back and start working on it. I was very upset at first but the manager William made up for it BY FAR! First of all they lowered their price for me when I made the appointment because another shop gave me a cheaper price. So they didn’t just price match for me they made it $10 cheaper. And since my car was sitting in the lot not being worked on when it should have been they gave me a free wheel alignment. & when they took the tires I had chosen down to put them on my car and realized the tires weren’t in the best condition and one of them were damaged they gave me a free tire upgrade for no charge! I’ve never had a manager go that above and beyond for customer service before. Absolutely will be returning for my cars needs. Super happy with how it turned out and the situation was handled. Thanks William!
