Coach Tae is an awesome trainer. He always says the hardest part is getting there and he's right; once you're there, you get it done!!! You leave feeling proud of yourself for going. He's constantly coaching you through the workout and becomes your cheerleader while encouraging you to finish strong. The workouts are also modifiable to your fitness level and the results are quickly noticeable with consistency!
