I agree with most of the sentiments on here. Dr. Daniels is great, he's very friendly and certainly knowledgeable. However, with respect to ordering glasses or contacts, they made mistakes on both mine and my wife's orders. To make matters worse, the gentleman who "sells", or more like "bullies" you into buying glasses, has an attitude that makes you feel like somehow the mistakes are your fault. We won't be buying glasses from them again that's for sure .
Dr. Daniels gives a very thorough exam. The staff is nice and courteous.
Fantastic customer service. Checked to see if my insurance covered my visit and called well before my appointment to let me know. Then searched out a coupon for a prescription for eye drops and called to tell me that. Very good customer service! Also Dr. Daniels was amazing and even caught something no one else have ever told me. Would definitely recommend this eye doctor!
Excellent experience. Was seen on time, staff was courteous and professional, Dr. had excellent bedside manner and explained everything he was doing and did not pressure me into buying anything. Pricing without insurance was also very reasonable. I've been seeing eye doctors for 26 years and this is my best experience to date. Highly recommend!
I have been seeing Dr. Daniels and his associates for several years now. I have a recurring eye condition that, when it occurs, is urgent. They always take good care of me and return my calls when the condition occurs outside of office hours. They also are great with my more routine eye health needs.
