Great small group classes with knowledgeable and helpful trainers! I signed up for the 21 days for $21 promotion and had an awesome time trying out the classes. I definitely recommend giving this gym a shot. I was sore for days after the class, but it was completely worth it!

Customized personal training - I couldn't have hoped for more! I have multiple physical issues that have curtailed comfort and physical activity, and Pete is working around them and getting me where I want my body to be. Don't be fooled by the kettle balls and the turf, this is holistic physical care that can work for anyone who wants to get back in shape or continue in a life of fitness.

I have known the trainer Pete for 9 years and I have worked out with him since I first discover him, He is phenomenal and very knowledgeable about teaching you proper techniques. I like the challenge that I receive in the metabolic strengthening and high impact classes. I am completely addicted to the boxing classes and the trainer Steve is great. I just completed my first 5K and I give credit to Fuse fitness for always allowing me to push my body to different levels.

I recently just got back into working out after taking about 4 years off to have children and adjust to their needs. I now have a three month old and a three year old and I'm ready to focus on myself. Fuse has been the perfect place to start. Pete and his staff have been very attentive to my needs and are making this an experience that I look forward to, not dread like some gyms I have belonged to in the past. I'm working at my own pace and have their support and guidance through out class. Even though it is a group setting, they tailor the workout to your individual skill level and ability. The personal training sessions have helped build my confidence and they give me a better understanding of the correct way to do things. I am able to take both classes and personal training sessions in one place with multiple trainers who all communicate and work together.

Pete K is the top trainer in the area, hands down. I am a local physical therapist in the community and I have not encountered a personal trainer who is as knowledgeable as Pete. He is always researching and taking classes to hone his skills.

Pete is well respected in the medical community and has working relationships with both orthopedic and chiropractic doctors. With his exceptional knowledge base and awareness of any musculoskeletal injuries, he will modify exercises as needed or refer you out to get the appropriate treatment. Both Pete and Sebastian cultivate a highly motivated environment that injects a sense of family when you are there.

If you are looking for small group or personal training that will be tailored to each individual then this is the place for you. I have recommended many clients to FUSE Fitness without reservations...And I will continue to do so.
