  To Doctor Guy and his wonder staff Sondra, Beth, Gianna, Andrea, Christine, Brittany, Kelly and Casey. Thank you for the great service you provide me at my visits. I started with Dr Guy 4 years ago in excruciating pain. At 100 percent pain level and today I can say my pain level is down because of the treatments and smiles I receive. I feel so at home each time I visit. So thank for all your kindness and the excellent service you provide.

  I had a great experience at Performance Spine and sports medicine. I started with Dr. Ibrahim who quickly diagnosed my problem and got me into PT before he left for the East Brunswick office. I worked with mostly with Ed and Gary who are fantastic. Beth and Sondra were very nice and very helpful. Gianna always greeted me with a smile and did a great job of explaining my insurance benefits to me. I would highly recommend this office.

  My husband Frank was the patient at this location. His PT was Nicole: very professional and helped me with an excellent exercise routine. My back has never felt better. PT Aide: Mark- very friendly and helpful
  Chiropractor Ashley: extremely informative, explained every detail of my recovery in easy to understand language. She was compasionate, and kind and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
  I recommend this facility to anyone needing physical rehab.

  Couldn't be happier with the service provided to me. The front desk woman are very friendly and helpful especially Brittany who goes above and beyond to help clients. Nurse Sandra is outstanding her welcome smile,happy attitude, knowledge and helpfully is too the highest standard. Dr.Guy has been very helpful in helping me with my neck and back. He has given me alternatives to surgery. Highly recommend anyone that needs help come here. You won't regret. Staff are great and care is outstanding

  Dr Guy, Beth and Sandra are the best. I had injections for my headaches today and everything was great. They got the precept and got me in quickly and everything went as smooth as silk. It always does. They are great, professional but warm and friendly. I recommend them to everyone - even a stranger I met in line at the store one day. As a medical professional for 40 years I can be a hard customer to satisfy but they exceed my very exacting standards.
