    The Max is a great place!! From the moment you begin the program, the instructors fold you into the Max family!! I never thought I would attend a 5am class in my life!! I want to give a shout out to Cheryl (instructor) and the 5am-ers for making this a great experience!!

    I love starting my day at the Max. I always get an amazing workout with Cheryl. And everyone is so supportive. I really needed a program with the full package: nutrition, exercise and support. I get all that and more at the Max.

    The MAX has helped me accomplish what I was never able to in the past...stick with a fitness program long term and improve my overall physical health. The nutrition plan is sustainable and important in my overall success as well. Love the MAX!!
