Dr. Yamasaki & the whole staff was wonderful. They were very organized and took every step to maintain a safe environment. Dr Coons was also very pleasant and diligent when conducting my sound ear test. Overall my experience was very positive and would recommend this ENT office to anyone!

Dr. Yamasaki is amazing. This was my first visit and my first experience seeing an ENT professional. She takes her time she asks meaningful questions. She thoroughly examined me to r/o all possible causes for my discomfort. As I continued to express concerns related to other areas of concern (hearing and allergies) she assured me those issues could be addressed within the office, during the appointment she called right from the room to have the front desk reps coordinate those appointments conveniently for me. She entered all of the notes and special instructions in real time and upon completion of the visit they were printed for me. The wait time was not long. I left there feeling confident that she cares and will do all that she can to help me improve my health in her specialty area, and recommend additional services as necessary. Thank you Dr. Yamasaki.

This office visit was worth 5 stars. The staff was very courteous and professional, in providing their services. It was a pleasure meeting Dr Yamasaki for the first time. She made me feel very comfortable, and was very thorough with her examination, and explanation of her findings.

Dr. Yamasaki is not only knowledgeable and competent within the field of ENT, but also extremely empathetic. Despite her busy schedule, she took time to listen to my concerns and provide helpful feedback. Additionally, Dr. Yamasaki provides care on a personal level- she remembered all the little details from my previous visit during my follow-up. The professionalism she demonstrated was phenomenal as well.

Great experience with Dr. Yamasaki, particularly considering the COVID situation. The office is clearly taking into account the need for social distancing and has hand sanitizer stations placed throughout the office. Dr. Yamasaki was double-masked and goggled throughout my visit which was reassuring to see. She also listened to my concerns and responded thoughtfully and didn't make me feel rushed, which I really appreciated.
