The other cleaner claimed they didn't damage it, in spite of the fact that I'd only worn it once and they were only cleaners to touch it to date. These folks professionally explained the damage issue to me, and how it could be fixed. They did NOT make promises, only how it could be repaired. Picking the jacket up, I checked it out at the counter and they fixed damage and jacket was good as new! Professional, courteous and fair pricing. This is my cleaners now.
