(November 9, 2018, 7:31 pm)I joined Snap Fitness West Windsor in August '18. I hadn't been a gym member for 7-8 years and not in top physical condition to put it mildly. I started training with Sean my first week as a member. Within 4 months I lost 10 pounds, my blood pressure , cholesterol and blood sugars dropped to levels I hadn't seen in 20 years. Great, friendly staff who are very encouraging and supportive.

(October 4, 2018, 5:23 pm)Good enviroment, great atmosphere, its a smaller gym but they have all the right stuff to keep you in shape. I was a member for 2 years they always treated me kindly. Sean(my trainer there) was outstanding, he always thought outside the box and will work with you if you have certain areas to improve. My goal was to get in shape and increase my wieghts, Sean, took that to a whole new level. Not only is he knowledgeable but with tell you and correct you if you do something wrong. Just remember, to lift big you have to start somewhere and Sean will find that place. Again awesome place, awesome people. Thank you guys!

(June 18, 2018, 11:47 pm)When I first went to Snap Fitness I did not know what to expect in terms of what I wanted to accomplish with my fitness goals.... little did I know it was one of the best decision I had ever made. I met trainer Ajani Malik who was professional, courteous, dedicated, hardworking and focused. He helped me set realistic goals and his classes are driven to push you to the max. No slackers in this gym workout ...!!! I've met people who have been there for years and still come every day... the results are "in your face!!" .
If you want a gym where you're just a face in the crowd... this is not for you. If you want personal attention and to see the results of your hard work ... then come on over,
we'd love to meet you. You work hard every day, so why not take care of yourself and come work with our group..... Booyaa!!!! ..See you soon at SNAP FITNESS!
