So happy we called Herr’s to install a new faucet in our bathroom. Their response was quick and an excellent job was done by Mike and Garrett. They were friendly and professional. Price was fair. Would definitely recommend and will use for future plumbing needs.

I used Herr's to detect and fix a leak coming from the guest bathroom upstairs last year; and recently called them to relocate my gas pipe since it won't fit the design of my new stove. I'm satisfied with both service they performed, the price are reasonable, the technicians are professional and handled our questions well, also, their response time was quick, I was able to book both service within a few days of my request. Mike and Vin came out to assess difficulties we were having with two toilets and a sink faucet. They performed a thorough evaluation of the issues and made a diagnosis of what was needed. The toilets could be fixed, but I chose to replace them on Mike's recommendation because they were from the 1950's. I also chose to replace the faucet after Mike and Vin spent about an hour trying to fix it. They installed the new toilets and faucet the following week, as well as updating some of my shut off valves at my request. Both Mike and Vin were personable and professional. They let me observe them while working and explained what they were doing. They were timely, clean, and respectful the entire time. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I will use them again if I have any plumbing issues.

My wife and I have used Herr's Plumbing for 25 years and have had nothing but great experiences with them. They show up when they tell you they will show up and are extremely responsive in the event you have an emergency. All of the plumbers that they have ever sent out to us are extremely polite and have no problem taking the time to answer any questions that we have had.

Our most recent project with them involved a complete bathroom remodel including shower, bathtub, toilet and sink replacements. They were there to answer our questions and provide recommendations for the products that they recommended. They did a great job with all aspects of the project and were on time so as not to hold up our flooring contractor with the work that he had to do.

Herr's is an "old school" operation - they do a great job and stand behind their work. I give them my highest recommendation.
