  I had a very nice experience with Acura East Brunswick. This is my third Acura from them, and Ray is exceptional. From the test drive to the price negotiation, he and his manager showed their professionalism. I got a really nice car with an affordable price. Ray is very helpful, but not too aggressive. He is trying to sell the car not only for his benefit but also to his customer’s benefits. And he stayed in touch to make sure everything is good after he sold the car to me. Thank you for all your help!

  Last month, we returned to Open Road Acura of East Brunswick, after previously purchasing from there in 2004. Shortly after we arrived and were browsing the lot, a salesman was sent out to help us. Tito was friendly and helpful from the start, proactive in getting us in a car to test drive. He gave us plenty of time to decide on what we wanted , without any pressure, and efficiently processed all paperwork once our decision was made. Luigi assisted us in the finance portion of the transaction and was also very helpful and friendly. Overall, Tito and Luigi made buying a new car a very smooth and easy process. We will definitely be returning to Open Road Acura of East Brunswick for our next Acura purchase!

  If your need a car and hate the long process and hassle, this is the place to come! I simply came in to test drive a car I saw at the car show and ended up living with my first SUV! Let me tell you how painless this procedure was for me. Ray Lee was our sales person and he did not push anything on us. He made sure I was comfortable with everything that the car had offered and there definitely wasn’t any back and forth. He got us the best deal with our trade in and listened to us on what model we wanted. He asked the right questions and customized the price and service to our needs. I personally hate being pushed and he basically gave us an offer we could not refuse! also.. I barely write reviews.. only when its bad.. but this one was such an awesome experience that I feel like people need to know how great everyone are in this dealership! Thanks again Ray! we will definitely see you soon for our next car!
