Juhi is amazing as an instructor, I personally have taken classes and loved her professional approach for the students. Now my two teenagers are taking her classes and they too enjoy her classes and appreciate her way of teaching them yoga. Getting teen involved in yoga is challenging and I’m happy that I could find a good guru for my kids in Juhi:)

I have been practicing yoga with Juhi for past few months. She is very passionate about yoga and is a really good instructor. She takes time to explain benefits of every yoga posture as well as any modifications in case required.
I highly recommend Myntra yoga as it has helped me (and is continuing to) to regain my endurance, core strength and flexibility postpartum.

Juhi is an amazing yoga instructor. She includes unique deep stretching poses for each sessions. She has tremendous knowledge about each yoga pose and it's therapeutic benefits. I highly recommend her as a yoga instructor!!

Juhi is a wonderful yoga instructor. She is challenging and accommodating, and encourages you to do your best for what your body needs and variations to suit your body.
Every sessions is different with different stretches and new techniques. She also incorporates new learnings in her sessions, which is beneficial. I find her classes well paced, balanced (stretches, breathing, meditation), with right amount of challenging postures & relaxation. I would recommend everyone to check out one of her classes, you won't be disappointed.
