  Amazingly knowledgeable coaching staff coupled with extremely friendly members make this place a gym you want to keep coming back to. They offer a wide range of class times to be able to accommodate even the busiest of schedules for both beginners and experienced athletes alike. They also offer "open gym" times for those who wish to work on improving their overall technique, strength, and cardio. The programming exceeds expectation and the facility as well as the equipment is clean and well cared for. At this gym, you won't just feel like another number...the attentive coaches and welcoming members will make you feel right at home at Golden Phoenix CrossFit South!

  Dropped in and had great workout experience. Coach/Owner Jacquline made me feel welcome and gave great encouragement.

  I went to Golden Phoenix Crossfit South, Edison as a drop in. The coaching was amazing, thought out, and catered to each athletes ability. The gym was very clean and organized. Such an amazing experience and friendly environment. Will definitely be going back!!!!! Love you guys.

  I started at GPCF in July and was immediately welcomed into the gym both by the coaches and members. I immediately felt like family. I love going there, and get the best workout! The coaches are super knowledgeable and make sure you are performing each movement properly as safely. I would recommend this gym to anyone

  Stopped by for a drop-in class and will definitely be going back! I was the only one at the early class on a cold, snowy morning but the coach was more than welcoming. The workout was different than anything I had ever done before but the coach made sure I felt comfortable with the movements and helped me scale where necessary. Definitely a great place for crossfitters of any level. Small facility (for now) but clean with plenty of equipment.
