Eric is a great mechanic honest and good at what he does. Would recommend him to anybody without a worry.
Excellent working with Eric. Totally recommend Metuchen Transmission. We had a whirring noise (harmonic) coming from the rear of the back of the car which ended up being an issue with the bearings in the rear differential. If we went to the dealership, I am sure it would have “needed” a new rear differential at more than 3x the cost. Top notch.
I thought I left a review for this place years ago. I still visit Eric from time to time, and he is still the same honest transmissions expert. If you have transmission issues in your manual or automatic Honda/Acura cars, look no further. Back in the day, he fixed my family's 1999 Honda Accord and 2000 Acura TL with failing transmissions. I only wish I could get Eric as my go-to mechanic! lol

I showed up to get an estimate for a clutch replacement due to clutch slipping. After 15 minutes and some adjustments left with the problem solved. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. They have all of my business. Humbly appreciate their help. Thank you.
Honest guy. Helped discover an issue in my brothers car that Subaru covered under 100,000 mile warranty and we were at 99,300. Really appreciate the help. Didn’t charge a penny. I’d recommend this shop to anyone.
