Laura was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer, she simplified the process and was never judgmental for anything we didn’t understand. She did an amazing job at understanding our needs and fine tuning what was best for us. We ended up finding a home that checked all of our must have boxes and even some extra would be nice to have ones! Lastly, we went with Laura’s recommended contacts for our inspection/legal/mortgage needs. Laura Giacobbe is the best realtor we have ever worked with hands down!!! Honestly do your self a favor and work with her!!! She really catered to all our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best deal she taught us so many things to look out for she has an extensive background in construction so she was able to tell us how old the roof was windows that needed to be replaced and even had the seller fix things that would be expensive to fix before we purchased the house, if we worked with an inexperienced realtor we would of ended paying alot more in repairs laura made sure we didnt and had our best interest at heart. I will definitely refer her to everyone I know!!!
