Sincerely Nuts

I never received my $80 order! An email was sent to me soon after I placed the order saying that some of the items in my order are out of stock, and asking if I want any other items instead or just the items that are in stock. I responded and said I don't want any other items instead of the items from my original order. I never received a response, a shipping confirmation email, a cancellation email, or my items. I emailed back a few days later and then received a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email showed that my order was shipped in two packages. One tracking number shows that my package was delivered (I never received it) and the 2nd tracking number showed that the package couldn't be delivered because there was no where safe to leave the package (I receive hundreds of packages per year in this address). I emailed customer service multiple times but never heard back.



After leaving a 1 star review here on Google and other places, someone called me, apologized, and said they'll reship my order and they did. The package was still missing items and I emailed to let them Sincerely Nuts know about the missing items. I never received a response for my email but received the missing items so I updated the ranking from 1 stars to 4 stars.
