  We had to put our dog down after almost 15 years, these people were kind and caring showed compassion even had a candle at front desk asking anyone to be quiet as someone was saying goodby to someone they loved. They gave my little girl a big donut and hersey kisses.I would recommend them to anyone who has to put their down or cat or any animal down they do not rush you I d give them a 100 stars if app allowed again thank you so much for your staff and the way you cared

  I had a great experience here from start to finish and I would 100% recommend anyone here. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Barbara in reception is very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Shannon, the lead technician made my pet very calm and was really great with him. And of course, Dr Beck is nothing but amazing. The hospital itself is very clean and welcoming. 10/10 and definitely 5 stars :)

  I can't say enough about how amazing this office is! I called at just after 9am with an emergency for my cat and they saw me at at 11am. Unfortunately, I had to make the difficult decision to put my cat down and the staff was wonderful and caring. They gave me plenty of time for me to make my decisions and privacy with my cat afterwards. My only regret is that I didnt find this office sooner. If I had, maybe I wouldnt have had to make the tough decision I did. Thank you to everyone that worked with me today I will recommend you to everyone!

  An hour before closing time, of course my dog had an emergency and needed to be seen quickly (in my opinion!). After placing a call to our vet in Englishtown, it was recommended that we go directly to Vetmetis as they too can give Bruno great care and they are “known to have a really good reputation” among colleagues in the industry. They weren’t kidding… all the staff were so friendly and kind (even at the end of their long work day). Dr. Patanio was calming, reassuring, and very thorough in his explanations for treatment. He made sure our questions were answered and we were clear with instructions for taking our pup home. It’s great to know that there is an honest, reliable, caring urgent care bet right around the corner from home!

  Our 15 yr old cat had an abcess on her face and needed to be seen today. Found Vetmetis emergency clinic on Google and called them right away. Less than an hour later our cat was seen and cared for with compassion and kindness by Dr. Beck and her staff. Beautiful facility with impeccable staff. They took care of our girl, we couldn't have been more happier. We have found a new vet to care for her!
