  Car-shopping at Malouf Ford in North Brunswick on route 1 made for a most satisfying and hassle-free experience. The staff here are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Our salesperson Alexander was amazing and supportive with every aspect of this process...truly great customer service. My family definitely recommends this dealership with no reservations.   Awesome experience from check-In to check-out. They had automated status update which helped me to get latest on my Vehicle service.
  The service reception team was amazing.

  The service I received was wonderful. My work location was fortunately within the pick up/drop off radius so I was able to continue working while I had the service done. Lisa is always so sweet on the phone and Joe is really informative with the service. Kerri, who picked up and dropped off my vehicle, was also very sweet and nice to chat with. I was also pleasantly surprised when leaving work that night that a piece that normally hangs from the bottom of my car was secured again and I completely forgot to even ask about it! I'm so happy the technician caught that. The texting service for the pick up/drop off could be improved a little because you receive the text that your vehicle has been returned before you receive the text with the ETA so it was hard to keep watching at work.

  Service Department, the works oil change, including tire rotation, and added an air filter for my 2016 F150. Pleased with staff and timing.
  Noticed a nice 2023 F150 platinum with V8, beautiful camel leather seats. Added a few pictures for viewing..

  Our 2020 Ford Edge 36 month lease was coming to term. It was not originally purchased from Malouf… three years ago in March cars were very scarce, and we had to travel far from our home to find that one. This year we started shopping in the beginning of January. We visited no less than six Ford dealers in central and south jersey, trying to find our perfect Ford Edge… shockingly the treatment we received from sales people ranged from poor to absolutely hostile and aggressive. With no hesitation telling us how stupid we were to pass up on their great deal, that was only available that day, for the next 30 minutes!!! I was horrified to see that certain car dealers still operate like the “let me talk to my manager” of the 1980’s!!! Feeling pretty defeated, but not wanting to give up and settle… I again begin searching for Ford Edge inventory online.
  I came across a Malouf add.. 20 minutes before closing. I picked up the phone and called. Don Brown answered the phone and couldn’t have been more gracious. I gave him a two minute synopsis of what I’ve been going through and he gave me options I never thought of. “Have you looked at the Lincoln?” he went on to say “come down tomorrow. I’m going to have a professional salesman here waiting for you. He’ll go over all the options and I’m certainly we’ll make you happy”
  At 9:05 AM today my phone rang, it was Chris Fitzgerald a salesman from Maloof. He wanted to confirm when I was coming in today and assured me he have a couple of cars upfront, ready for me to look at. I arrived about 1 PM today. Chris Fitzgerald was a warm, welcoming and an absolute professional individual. My wife and I immediately felt so comfortable, which I think changed our whole perspective about this process. We really wanted to now find a car and buy from Chris and Maloof. We looked at and drove some Lincoln’s but the crossover line is still a different ride and feel then a true SUV. my wife said, “let me look at the Ford Edge again.”
  Lo and behold there was a gorgeous loaded up Titanium Edition, white with tan leather interior that we both immediately fell in love with!!! it’s funny how White was not one of our choices when we began this ordeal.🤔 (A wonderful buying experience allows this to happen) at 3:30 PM we were pulling off the lot in our BRAND NEW FORD EDGE! That we were head over heels in love with. We’re 60 years old and this was our 13th new car purchase as a married couple! And we’ll go down as one of the best experiences out of all of them!!!
  I gratefully wish to thank Don Brown and the consummate professional salesman Chris Fitzgerald for what they did for us today. And I encourage anyone who wants to forgo 30 days and six dealers of shopping to go directly to Malouf Ford and Lincoln mercury… 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
