  I am more than grateful on how much the amount of emotional and therapeutic support I had received at Innerspace. During my time here, I became so attached to the place and it was a bitter-sweet departure when it came to my graduation. However, I came to Innerspace for a reason, which was to learn copping skills to manage my depression, anxiety, and stress that I deal with on a daily basis. This place taught me a lot about the skills I've learned, and a lot about myself and why I feel the way I feel whenever I'm at my lows, which is how I was when I first started. The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful, caring, supportive, nonjudgmental, and provided an amazing amount of material that I needed in order to get to where I wanted to be. Same can be said for the support group I had grown attached to as well. Everyone always offered the best feedback and were all nonjudgmental about whatever was discussed. I highly recommend Innerspace to anyone that is seeking some type of IOP treatment and to make the best out of it like I did!

  This program saved my life in more ways than one. The team takes your mental health very serious and makes you feel heard unlike other places. It has a very warm family vibe but theyre also very professional. If you ever need help and feel misunderstood I highly recommend going there.

  I was with the company for a year, and the amount of people they helped is unbelievable. They don't just put someone on medication and have them leave and not follow up, these people genuinely care about every person that walks through the door. They are very compassionate and on top of there game. They know what there doing and everything is done to accomodate everyone and there specific needs. There needs to be more places like this one.

  If I could give Innerspace more than five stars I would. I was very unsure when first seeking help, but as soon as I entered their program I was put at ease. Each member of the team was caring, thoughtful, genuine, involved, and wonderful. They have helped me beyond what words can describe and if you're seeking any type of therapy I highly recommend Innerspace Counseling.
