  Visited several apartment complexes while searching for a new place to live; however Pleasant View Gardens was the only one that was organized and extremely helpful and offered us exactly what we needed,
  without telling us to call back every week to see if there were any available open apartments. Carley Keane was our leasing consultant and answered all our questions and made it very easy to choose Pleasant View Gardens. She and the other leasing staff went out of their way to get us situated into our townhouse and made it a smooth transition.

  Searching for an apartment is a stunning job. I visited many apartment communities in the area before I decided to sign the lease with Pleasant View Gardens. This decision was based on the fact that the management team showed me that they would make sure each unit is in decent condition before making it available to the next tenant. You can expect reasonably clean carpet, kitchen, and bath. When I moved in roughly a month ago, I was pretty happy with everything in the unit. The carpet in the living room and bedroom is clean and free of stains, the appliances in the kitchen were thoroughly cleaned (although old), and everything in the bathroom is clean and free of odor.
  
  This is a big apartment community, but all the 2-story buildings are well-interspersed with large lawns at good distances so that you would not feel it is crowded. There are plenty spaces for parking, although the lots are all in the back of the buildings, which means that you have to walk quite a bit to the front entrance. There are many laundry rooms that are spread throughout the campus. I have to walk across two buildings and one parking lot to the one nearest to my unit, which is surely unconvenient and I hope can be improved.
  
  The staff in the lease office are professional and friendly. I met with Carly and Amanda; both are helpful and responsive - so thanks to both ladies! I certainly hope they will keep doing great job for this great community.

  I have been living in this community for more than a year now and i have decided to extend my lease as the place is very good to call it your home. Great location, good neighborhood,maintained apartments. I am giving an extra star for the amazing maintenance service they provide. The after hour emergency services are exceptionally great. Recently had a major leak in the kitchen and Carlos came within 20 mins of the emergency call.The work was excellent no complaints so far. Very professional.A happy tenant.

  We have recently Moved in to Pleasant View Gardens. we are very pleased to live here. Office staff is very friendly and professional. Sara Bellini gave us a great welcoming environment making sure we can feel like "Home". My leasing process was very smooth and prompt, thank you Massiel for all your help. In addition, maintenance repairs are prompt and satisfying. Thank you all.
