  This place has a wonderful staff that have helped me and a lot of my friends from school. However, the reason why I’m writing this review is because I’m complaining about a woman who condemningly disrespected one of the staff tonight and wrote the only 1-Star review a couple hours ago. Her name is Huzaifa Sarwar.
  
  I was meeting with two of my high school friends at the library tonight and was by the front door when I heard what this sad, condescending and pitiful excuse of a human being said to the women who tried to help Huzaifa at the front desk. It’s not worth repeating, but this angry customer sounds like a disgraceful person who resents to anger, vulgar name calling and poor judgement of character.
  
  Huzaifa wrote and directed her so-called “displeasure” in the 1-star review by attempting to accuse the female staff worker of her “racist and unhelpful behavior,” as mentioned in the review. However, what stood out the most in Huzaifa’s review is the attempt to blatantly state the ethnicity of the staff worker who helped her tonight. Since when does a person skin color have to do with customer service Huzaifa? You’re really going to play that card?
  If you ask me, it’s you Huzaifa who’s the racist person here, and how dare you try to play the victim and instigate such traversty among not only the women who helped you, but the entire Sayerville Public Library staff. You should be deeply and utterly ashamed of yourself and learn to grow up and behave like a responsible adult.
  
  The Sayreville Public Library is a safe and friendly environment, serving the needs of patrons thanks to its wonderful staff who’s been around every time for my friends, my mom and dad, my sister and me. But it’s not only the staff that makes it a welcoming place, it’s also a lot of the patrons who talk and get to know people at the library that helps them And the community grow, mature, and learn more about life.
  
  I think that’s what you need to do Huzaifa Sarwar. You need to grow, mature and learn (a lot) about life. Otherwise this won’t be the last time you’ve made yourself heard and seen like a shameful fool.
  
  Nobody wants to degrade themselves into a racist.

  Love coming to this library and renting out videos lots to choose from .. And they're open on Sunday ????????

  This library has an amazing collection of books. Kids friendly, close to home. Very peaceful ambience. Go check their monthly calendar of free activities for kids they r pretty good.

  it's quiet and close to Sayreville park. My daughter and I love to hangout here
