There are not enough stars on Yelp to represent this company and the staff. Absolutely AMAZING!!!! I randomly called them in a crisis. I never expected the service I received and they're still giving me invaluable assistance. From the first phone call, I knew I hit the jackpot. Immediately, he listened to EVERYTHING that was going on with a sudden and enormous infestation in my apt. Shortly afterwards, an entomologist called and discussed the problem at length. He came the next day and did an excellent job and was extremely informative. Then, another long discussion with him. An urgency developed for bedbug inspection and he was at my apartment within 2 hours on Good Friday at 6pm! Afterwards, another long phone call with him. I'm struggling to find the words that capture and convey the service, expertise, information and emotional support from everyone at this company. Thank you.
