I came to Kelly with what was later discovered to be an eating disorder, I never realized I had. I was just getting older and fatter. Stress, anger and depression was a normal condition in my house growing up and food made it all better. Kelly helped my realize that the habits I had grown to know; stress bingeing, overeating, eating late, was not the way to a better life. With her incredible insight and ingenious methods she was able to get me on the right track to a better life both physically and mentally and I could never thank her enough. For the 40lbs that I've lost and manage to keep off. For the better outlook on nutrition and personal well being. For the better physical shape I get in every day. She is truly an intelligent and gifted nutritionist and human being. I continue to look forward to our sessions and will for a long time. EJH Livingston NJ.

Hometown Nourished teaches how to improve yourself and your relationship with food. It is a comforting, helpful service that has been life-changing. Highly recommend.

I'm so glad I found Kelly. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in regards to mind/body connection to food and nutrition, she's just an all-around genuine person who takes time to listen to your concerns and creates a meal plan specifically tailored to your individual needs. She's extremely aware and her overall demeanor and perception of life/food in general is, in itself, deeply motivating. If I could give her more stars, I would. I couldn't recommend her more.

I live about 45 minutes away and super easy to get too. I see Kelly there and she is amazing. She really cares for her clients and goes above and beyond for us!
