  Mrs. Kastner is top notch! I have known her for some 25 years now. She is a master of Taekwondo and has exception knowledge of martial arts. Mrs Kastner is truly dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in each and every student

  This Tae Kwon Do school changed me life. I was a little 5 year old boy who wouldn't talk to anyone a long time ago. After going to this school I had enough confidence to socialize and become a better person. Martial arts has become a central part of my life and I truly believe it can help anyone. This is especially because of the instructors this school provides. They are excellent, accepting, and ready to help at any moment. I would recommend this for anyone starting for the first time or continuing their martial arts career.

  A. Kastner's Family Taekwondo provides the perfect balance of athleticism and discipline. Students are challenged individually to improve their skills and knowledge of taekwondo forms, while also demonstrating their ability to work well with others. Students' skills and self-confidence are nurtured and encouraged from the start. Hands down greatest staff!

  I can honestly say I wouldn't be the person I am today without Ms. Kastner and A. Kastner's Family Taekwondo. For nearly 20 years I've been constantly learning, not just the martial art of Taekwondo, but the importance of life long dedication, persevering amidst adversity and respect for yourself and all those around you.
  
  As an instructor I've personally seen the positive impact Taekwondo and A. Kastner's Family Taekwondo specifically can have on students of any age and how that surpasses into all areas of life
  
  Ms. Kastner is a master instructor, the epitome of a positive role model, and overall one of the best people I've ever met. I am lucky to have her as such a major influence on my life for as long as I have.
