(June 3, 2018, 9:28 am)I met Brian and the team at Aspire a few years ago. As they progressed I followed. I have never worked out in a “family oriented” gym. The team and the members all make you feel so comfortable and never alone. When life gets in the way they never forget about you. Always offering advice, help, encouragement and the motivation to get you right back on track. Hands down the best gym I ever joined!!!

(April 30, 2018, 2:44 pm)Aspire is an amazing gym! The trainers are so incredibly motivating and also ready to help you reach your individual goal! I have tried loosing weight and getting in shape on my own and at other gyms and it never worked. Within 5 months of joining Aspire I saw huge results! I was able to get into the best shape of my life just in time for my wedding and was able to maintain it! I even continued with Aspire while I was pregnant. The trainers were extremely accommodating and helped me continue to stay in shape while being safe. I cannot recommend Aspire enough, best gym ever!

(April 8, 2018, 6:53 pm)I am at my best when I am at Aspire! Brian and the staff make you feel comfortable and break down exercises step by step to ensure you are performing them correctly. Being a member means you are joining a community where everyone encourages and helps one another whether it's through recipes in the Facebook page or pushing each other through a class. There are no gimics or tricks just straight up hard work and educating you on proper nutrition. If you want to change and live a healthier lifestyle, this is the place to be!

(February 2, 2018, 11:53 am)I have known Brian and the gang from Aspire Fitness for quite some time. I have never worked out in such a “family” atmosphere. I feel so comfortable. Even if you stop going for a bit, it’s like you never left. Each and every trainer is 100% there for you. They are always learning new things. Try it, you will not be disappointed!

(February 1, 2018, 6:24 pm)Love Aspire, love the staff!!! It is way more then just a gym, it is more like a Family who is rooting for you and members that root for eachother. We do challenges together, have fun, and celebrate by going out socially to dinner with one another. The trainers to me are our my coaches, they fight for me, educate me, and teach me balance is a good thing. They teach me to be the best I can be.
