I absolutely love this place. Not gonna lie… during the workouts you have a feeling of regret lol… they are TOUGH… but afterwards you feel so good. It’s impossible not to get in shape taking these classes

Joining Orangetheory Fitness Christiana has been of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The coaches take a personal interest in all members, and are so encouraging! I’m lifting weights and running at speeds I never thought I could do! I love all the competitions that push me to do better! I’ve always enjoyed working out, but I struggled with consistency, until I found this gym! Thank you to all coaches and staff members 🧡!

Every class I attend is such a great experience. Each coach is SO motivating, personable, and truly wants that best for you in/outside of the studio (shout out to Coach Jenna, Coach Arelis and Coach Sydney!!). I am always greeted when I walk in and truly feel welcomed. I am so happy I made the decision to join the OTF family!

I joined orange theory over the summer and have not regretted my choice since. The work outs really push you at your own pace and it’s really encouraging seeing your heart rate zone on the screen to let you know you should step your game up, or maybe take a couple breaths to cool down. The staff are super energetic, motivating and you can tell they’re all passionate about bringing the best experience to your work out. This program has really helped hold me accountable to my fitness goals and it’s so satisfying crushing a new PR and having the staff hype you up for it. I truly recommend this program to anyone who needs a change in their life!
