Kudos to James Piccolo from Express Appliance Service. I had the pleasure of meeting James during my service appointment on September 25, 2018. I had requested a service appointment through American Home Shield for an issue I was experiencing with my refrigerator, James was the skilled service technician who was assigned my service appointment. James updated me to his scheduled arrival time and was punctual for the preset appointment timeframe. He was very professional and introduced himself upon arrival at my home. I explained the issue I was experiencing with my refrigerator and he immediately diagnosed the problem. He thoroughly explained to me the workings of a refrigerator and the reason behind my issues. He offered a suggestion as to how to protect the loss of my food which worked like a charm. He explained how the replacement part would be drop shipped to my home and the process to follow once the replacement part arrived. James was the return service technician who installed the part and once again he updated me to his scheduled arrival time and was punctual. He explained the installation process to me and asked if I had any questions regarding the installation. I attribute my overall experience of satisfaction with Express Appliance Service to James who was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, timely and friendly. Thanks James!
